About Heather
Almost twenty years ago, I found myself stuck — unsure why I felt so off course, yearning for peace when, on the outside, it seemed I had it all. That not-so-quiet ache led me to my first spiritual teacher, a pivot toward Eastern wisdom, and a lifelong promise to always choose the path of growth and connection to my most authentic self.
Years of meditation and self-reflection have shaped who I am today. I became a certified Conscious Parenting and Life Coach under the mentorship of Dr. Shefali, and was recently awarded a scholarship to train as a Human Architect — working at the root of identity where lasting change happens.
The Invitation
Many of us feel stuck in patterns we can't seem to "think" our way out of. This work isn't about fixing yourself — it's about seeing past the habits and stories that no longer serve you. Together, we move beyond judgment and into a place of presence, strength, and authentic connection. My greatest joy is walking beside you as you return to yourself.
